Amy Bobchek, Founder
Amy is a longtime Leesburg resident and community leader. Amy is a graduate of Leadership Loudoun, class of 1996, served on its board from 1996-2008 including two terms as president. She represented Loudoun County on the board of the United Way of the National Capital Area from 2008-2017, chairing the Loudoun regional council for three terms. In 2017 she co-founded BENEFIT, a coalition of musicians and community leaders who raise money for local non-profits through live music events, including its flagship event, Crossroads Music Festival. She currently serves on the board of Visit Loudoun as executive committee member and is a Certified Tourism Ambassador. Amy loves sharing the rich culture of Loudoun County with visitors and residents alike, noting that even lifelong Loudouners learn things they never knew on our unforgettable tours.
Julia Florence, Senior Guide
Julia is a lifelong resident of Loudoun County and grew up in downtown Leesburg. She loves talking about the growing food, art, and culture scene in Loudoun County with anyone who will listen. Her favorite part about being a tour guide is getting to know the amazing artists Northern Virginia has to offer, and sharing their ideas and creative processes with tour guests. A Certified Tourism Ambassador, she holds a Bachelor of Science and Master's of Public Administration from James Madison University and works in the higher education field.
